Talk about coming through in the clutch! Setting aside how excellent Kim is at the everyday realtor tasks, she is a terrific person and potentially saved the house we were selling from complete ruin. Long story short, we had just moved out of the house Kim was helping us sell and were living in a different state. We asked Kim if she would be able to swing by to put the trash cans back in the garage, and she said yes without hesitation. That alone is pretty generous. When she showed up to the house (on a Saturday) to bring the cans in, she performed a quick walk through of the house. Thank goodness, because she heard the very quiet sound of running water. Yep! The water heater had failed in the FINISHED basement! Instantly she took action. She turned off the water and the gas to the water heater and started to clean up as much as she could, along with the help of her husband and a shop-vac. Right?! I know! However, there was simply too much for the mighty shop-vac to handle, so she put me in contact with ServiceMaster, and on that same day we were able to schedule an emergency clean up that saved the wood framing and the drywall. Kim saved the day, the house, and the deal. Unbelievable. She's the best for a reason. No hyperbole, it would be to your detriment not to have Kim as your realtor.

It's not even fair to ask for feedback on Kim and her ability to be AMAZING at what she does. From helping us to buy our home to selling a few years later, she has proven to be the best and we cannot express in words how much her help means to our family. Great job!!!

Rating: Excellent! Our daughter had talked about Kimberly for years plus we had met Kimberly at Volley Ball Games which her daughters and our granddaughter participated. When my husband and I decided to go condo shopping we contacted Kimberly; she came to our home. We knew she was a good fit for finding us a condo in Waukesha and for selling our home. Kimberly was extremely patient when we looked at condos for 8 months! Our condo finally arrived on the market. We immediately were hearing almost daily from Kimberly. I had originally listed my house with First Weber whose sales rep was a neighbor. After six months with not even one offer, I fired them. Kim had been recommended by my brother-in-law who had used her to sell his house. We listed with Shorewest and Kim. One week later we had an accepted offer which closed as of May 22. Imagine a nightmare situation where two seniors are forced to sell for health reasons, their kids from earlier marriages are fighting over multiple issues including selling the house, the buyer in the final week comes up with half a dozen problems related to selling her other house threatening to cancel our deal and then her Real Estate agent goes on vacation! It's the perfect recipe for a busted deal, right. Not on Kim Dove's watch! To call Kim a HERO is an understatement. I still shake my head wondering how she pulled the sale off. Everything that could go wrong did, most of it in the last week.
